Shipping Policy

Production and dispatch time

Frames are made to order in our Danish workshop. The current production time is stated on each product page and is confirmed in your order confirmation. We dispatch as soon as the frame is finished, oiled and packed.

Delivery

Orders are shipped with a tracked carrier. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the workshop. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your destination; deliveries within Denmark and the rest of the EU are typically the quickest.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, before you confirm and pay. The final amount is always shown before payment.

Packaging

Frames are packed to protect the oak surfaces and the wall bracket in transit. Mounting instructions are included in the parcel. Screws and wall plugs are not included, as the correct fixings depend on your wall construction — see the FAQ for our recommendations.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees in the destination country. These are not included in the price at checkout and are payable by the recipient.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photographs of the packaging and the frame and email us at Send email as soon as possible so we can resolve it. See also our returns and refunds policy.
