Colours and wood grain of solid oak vary naturally from piece to piece, so product images are indicative rather than exact.

Delivery and Installation

Screws and wall plugs are not included with the Floating Frame, as the correct fixings depend on your wall construction. Mounting is carried out at your own responsibility. If you are uncertain about your wall type or the installation, consult a qualified professional. Kvint Copenhagen is not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. Products must be returned in substantially the same condition, with all original packaging and parts included.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
