Data controller

Kvint Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at rasmus@kvintcopenhagen.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, telephone number if you provide one, and the details of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by us. When you contact us we keep your message and contact details so we can answer you.

Why we process it

We process this data to complete your purchase and deliver your order (performance of a contract), to comply with bookkeeping and tax obligations (legal obligation), and to answer enquiries and improve the shop (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We share data only with the processors we need to run the shop: our e-commerce and checkout platform, our payment providers, and the carriers that deliver your parcel. They may only use the data to perform the service for us.

Retention

Order and invoice data is retained for five years plus the current year, as required by Danish bookkeeping law. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted when they are no longer relevant.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies and similar storage that are necessary for the basket and checkout to function, plus analytics that help us understand how the shop is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the basket will not work without the necessary ones.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
