Returns and Refunds
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard frames bought in our shop.
Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Notify us in writing at rasmus@kvintcopenhagen.com within that period, then return the frame within 14 days of giving notice.
Condition of returned goods
The frame must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all mounting hardware included, and packed so it is protected in transit. You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the product.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the item unless the frame is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend a tracked service, as you carry the risk until the parcel reaches us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned frame, we refund the purchase price using the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded at the standard delivery rate.
Faults and complaints
Danish and EU consumer law gives you a two-year right to complain about defects in materials or workmanship. Contact us with photographs and your order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
